This leading built environment consultancy has an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Project Manager to work alongside the Senior Partner on major Residential Schemes (co-living, PRS, PBSA, BTR) across the North of England
Ideally you would hold MRICS / MCIOB / APMP / Prince 2 Chartered status, albeit this is not essential and they can support you to achieve this chartered status.
You will be experienced in high value and complex projects gained in a consultancy environment with an ability to build, nurture and maintain trusted client relationships and to contribute to the growth and development of the team.

This is a vital role designed to expand the team and support with the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects and help nurture their existing client base.
Working directly with the Senior Management team, you will be encouraged, supported, and trusted to get involved with business development in various forms to help maximise their service offering.
They have successfully developed an extensive portfolio of lucrative projects, including city centre high-rise façade remediation works, new build retail and industrial units, Cat A & Cat B office fitouts, high-end residential amenity space fitouts and complex lab fitouts to name but a few.
