For candidates specifically, this may also include education details, nationality and right to work status, date of birth, remuneration history and references.

Clients – we share candidate personal data with client organisations for the purpose of assessing suitability for roles. Clients are required to use candidate data only for that purpose.
Service providers – we may share data with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf (such as website hosting, data analysis and legal or accounting services). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it in accordance with our instructions.
Legal and regulatory – we may disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Rue Two, our clients, candidates or others.
