£60000 – £70000 plus benefits / bonuses

This specialist project & development management consultancy working predominantly in the central London real estate market delivering significant, complex, multi-phased schemes — refurbishment, redevelopment and fit-out work, including cut-and-carve — across commercial offices, flexible/serviced workspace, high-end residential, retail and leisure, are currently seeking a highly driven Project Manager looking to step up their career to the next level.

Clients include blue-chip developers, investors, funds and workspace operators such as British Land, Landsec, Great Portland Estates, Derwent London, Grosvenor, Legal & General & M&G.
