Senior Quantity Surveyor – Manchester
Due to continued growth, my client, a leading built asset consultancy, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Manchester office.
MRICS (ideally) you will be self-motivated and confident in a client facing role managing multiple projects and clients within the residential, higher education and healthcare sectors.
Pre- and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with residential developers, local authorities, universities, and healthcare Trusts.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – London / Flexible Working
Due to continued growth, this leading construction & property consultant are looking for a qualified senior quantity surveyor to join their London team.
MRICS you will be self-motivated and confident in a client facing role managing multiple projects and clients within the residential, higher education and healthcare sectors.
Pre- and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with residential developers, local authorities, universities, and healthcare Trusts. Some UK travel may be required as part of this role.
You will be conversant in large project delivery (up to £100m) and have JCT and NEC experience.
