The projects the team specialises in include Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Data Centre and Higher Education sectors and these are the sectors where their current project opportunities and growth aspirations sit.
You will manage existing clients and develop further opportunities within the sectors noted while supporting the development of the existing members of the team etc.
MRICS you will be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between their clients and their highly skilled project teams.

With a global presence and reputation for delivering world class service on high-profile construction projects across the property and infrastructure sectors, this leading built asset consultancy is currently looking to recruit a talented Cost Managers at Senior Associate level for work on high-value projects across all sectors of the built environment.
You will be MRICS chartered, client focused and confident with experience working in a consultancy environment on high value projects. You will be looking to continue your career progression through senior levels, helping to grow the team and the business whilst also taking on a leadership position.
You will be confident in taking ownership of multiple or complex high value projects and seeing them through from start to finish, from feasibility to final account within some of the retail, commercial, residential, hospitality and hotels sectors.
Cost X experience preferred.
