This small but mighty consultancy batting above their weight delivering project management and building surveying services to a large portfolio of commercial clients are currently seeking an autonomous and experienced Associate level Building Surveyor.

You will be delivering a range of core Building Surveying services including Dilapidations (both Landlord and tenant); Project Design and Contract Administration; Surveys; Schedules of Condition; Monitoring of Tenant Alterations; Reinstatement Cost Assessments; Project Management (including familiarisation with DB contracts) and Party Wall matters.

While you will work mainly with occupier entities including major corporates and retailers they have increasing exposure to landlord work including asset management mandates, PRS and Student Accommodation.

There is plenty of flexibility to work from home or their office near Covent Garden as you wish to fit your work/life balance.  Some travel is required as they have clients all over the UK.
