Refresh Project Manager – Residential Developer

£80000 – £90000 plus package

Superb opportunity for a Project Manager to join the growing Refresh division of this leading residential developer.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for negotiating, reviewing, drafting, and managing contractual agreements, working closely with clients, project teams, and legal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working across the full project lifecycle, you’ll also play a key role in supporting business development activities, identifying revenue opportunities, managing bids and proposals, and overseeing contract administration. Your ability to balance client relationships with commercial and operational objectives will be essential in delivering positive outcomes for both their customers and the business.

Managing multiple refurbishment projects typically valued between £1 million and £20 million, you’ll be responsible for developing comprehensive plans, budgets, and timelines, while closely monitoring progress to ensure projects remain on track and within budget on schemes throughout the UK.
