Leading National Developer has a requirement for a Construction Director to join their team as they continue to grow across the build-to-rent (BTR), co-living, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.

As Construction Director, you will have proven high-rise experience of large value, complex projects (£100m plus) ensuring delivery is efficient, on-budget, and aligned with their high standards.

You will be a confident and collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic environment with the ability to support the teams on site and report up the chain.

Your ability to inspire and motivate teams, combined with a strong commercial mindset, will be key to your success.

Operating on a national scale and based anywhere in the UK, they are looking for someone who’s comfortable working away from home as required (one or two nights a week usually).
