You’ll be joining an experienced team of Building Surveyors with a focus on several key client accounts. You will be providing technical support to prestigious clients with varied national property portfolios.
MRICS (preferable) you will have experience of advising on commercial, retail or educational properties either in the public or private sector.
The role will require you to be the key point of contact with prestigious clients, therefore a high level of communication skills and commercial awareness are essential for being successful in this role.

Leading construction & property consultancy are seeking a passionate and focused Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in an established team based in Cheltenham.
Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare and commercial with contract values over £30 million to much smaller schemes across a variety of project management and core Building Surveying roles.
MRICS you will have excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge and be capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects.
