A specialist Project & Development Management Consultancy is offering a rare opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to transition into Project Management.

You’ll join a small, growing team of Project Managers, initially splitting your time between hands-on Quantity Surveying (currently outsourced) and developing your Project Management expertise through structured training and exposure to live projects.

Projects span the education, residential, heritage, and leisure sectors — complex, design-led schemes requiring strong client engagement and multi-stakeholder coordination.

They are looking for someone with:

• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Confidence managing complex projects
• Interest in business development, networking, and bid preparation

This is a consultancy with a robust pipeline, high profit per head, and a clear plan for growth. You’ll play a pivotal role as the in-house Quantity Surveying lead, developing that capability while advancing your Project Management career.
