Senior Associate – Quantity Surveyor

Leading construction & property consultancy are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their London based Cost Management team, working across a variety of projects with a strong client-facing focus.

Primary experience should be in residential projects, BtR, later living, mixed‑use developments.

You’ll take ownership of your work, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while providing clear, reliable guidance to clients. You’ll also support colleagues and contribute to the continued strength of their service.

MRICS (or equivalent) and degree qualified you will have proven Cost Management experience with a track record of leading and developing teams.
