Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Midlands (e.g., Birmingham area but flexible working)

Required by a UK based construction consultancy with an international parent company to deliver an exciting roll out within the hospitality sector.

You will have fast track fit-out experience; a detailed understanding of statutory authorities, processes and time frames for approvals with be client-facing comfortable presenting & leading meetings.

Requirements to travel to sites both South and North of England. They need someone with a Quantity Surveyor background/education and ideally with Project Management experience.

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management or Construction Project Management or a related field, a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget and some proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g. Bluebeam, CostX, or similar)

Must have experience with pre-contract high level cost planning through BQ production together with post-contract commercial activities. Experience with measurement for BQ production under POMI, CESMM 3 and 4 and NRM is preferred.
