Leading independent International Real Estate Consultant with a blue chip Client base for whom they deliver a broad range of services across all sectors are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor at Associate or Senior Associate level to front their cost management offering in the North West.
The Board have identified Cost Management as a significant area of growth in the North West and they need a Quantity Surveyor who wants to step out of the traditional PQS environment into a firm that is fully invested in the growth of this sector within their wider business to lead the team.
This role offers a very realistic route to Director in the near future.

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required by this leading consultancy to be an integral part of the cost management team in Cambridge.
The Cambridge team are a rapidly growing dynamic team who are targeting several key sectors within Cambridge and the wider eastern region. You will have the opportunity to define part of this growth, the direction and approach of the team and of the wider office which has been growing at pace since its inception.
Outside of Cambridge, dynamic national teams are delivering a range of fantastic projects from an initial brief and business case right through design stages, procurement and into construction. You will be actively contributing to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects with clients whose brands are recognised globally.
The projects you will be involved with could range in cost from £1m to over £400m.
