Associate/Senior Associate Cost Consultants (Infrastructure)

This leading global built environment consultancy are seeking Quantity Surveyors at Associate and Senior Associate level to work on high profile projects across the infrastructure sectors with a current primary focus on aviation projects.

As an Associate/Senior Associate Cost Manager your day to day will focus on managing pre and post contract activities ranging from managing procurements and project finances, to cost estimating and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Your project experience will enable you to be responsible for a significant portion of projects. You will be encouraged to guide members of the team and play a part in growing the business through participation in the firm’s wider initiatives.

Degree qualified you will have demonstrable experience of working under construction contract terms and conditions, preferably NEC or similar in a client focused environment with a personal commitment to the delivery of excellent client service.

Aviation & Rail experience preferred, other cross sector experience (desirable).
