Leading independent built asset consultancy with a global presence are seeking an experienced Associate level Cost Manager to take responsibility for key projects within the industrial & logistics sector, a buoyant sector for them and their numerous clients, and one that is experiencing massive growth. As such they are therefore looking for future leaders to carry the sector forward, which poses a brilliant opportunity for personal development and progression within the business. You will be joining an established and supportive team of cost management professionals in Birmingham, with extensive and diverse experience.

They fully understand the unique complexities of the logistics and manufacturing industry, how to repurpose, redesign, and reimagine logistics and manufacturing space. They excel in bespoke fit-outs, large logistic parks, multiple-level indoor farming, vast warehousing packed with automated technology, and temperature-controlled environments.

You will manage high value multi-unit logistics developments with full commercial responsibility for the project and team members. You will be the direct liaison with the clients.

MRICS you will have a proven track record in I&L projects, delivering schemes of similar nature from inception to completion.
