Director – Cost Consultancy

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven cost manager to grow the cost consultancy business of this leading Development & Built Asset Consultancy in the North, working for investment and institutional Clients such as Legal & General, Grainger, M&G etc delivering on a range of high-profile projects across sectors, including industrial, office, residential, purpose-built student accommodation and build to rent.

As a commercially focused consultant, you will be helping them to maintain and further develop client relationships and diversify the range of their current service offering, as well as progressing your own career.

As well as being a hands-on delivery role, you will work with the UK cost consultancy Senior Director to help develop and deliver against a business plan for cost consultancy.
