Senior Program Manager – San Jose

This independent, global consultancy, founded in the UK but with global presence today, providing workplace and real estate Project and Program management services to corporate Clients, are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage commercial real estate projects in San Jose, CA and in various cities throughout North America for their Client.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of office fit-out projects including managing local project managers, cost managers, design teams, engineers, general contractors, Procurement, Finance, IT, Security, AV, furniture, environmental graphics and other specialist suppliers.

This is a hands-on delivery role representing the Client’s interests and coordinating the wider consultant and supplier ecosystem, it does not replace project-specific construction PMs, designers, engineers, cost managers or Workplace Operations.

The level of support will vary by project, with the Silicon Valley HQ, (220000 sq/ft), expected to account for approximately 50-70% of the time during the core pre-lease, design and delivery periods.

You will have demonstrated personal experience leading major corporate real estate projects, including a headquarters project of comparable scale and complexity; experience managing or coordinating multiple workplace projects, project managers, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers across a regional portfolio and the ability to travel to other North America project locations as required by project needs.
