Senior Quantity Surveyor – London

£65,000–£75,000 plus package and bonus

This is a genuine step-up role: a leading built environment consultancy is looking for a client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to take ownership of live hotel and commercial office schemes from day one, with a Director actively looking to hand over client relationships as the team grows.

You’ll join a small but expanding team working across commercial, residential, hotels and student accommodation. The Director needs someone who can run projects independently so they can focus on winning the next ones — which means real scope to make clients your own, develop your own business stream and, in time, build a team around you.

You’ll have strong pre- and post-contract skills and an interest in developing junior staff.

Hybrid working (three days office, two home), with a competitive salary and bonus structure.
