Leading independent development, project and cost management consultancy providing expert delivery services across the real estate sector are looking for an experienced Cost Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for clients.

The role will involve responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects and the development of long-term client relationships.

You will have proven experience working as a consultant for Owners, Developers, and Investors across full project lifecycles within hotels, hospitality, and living sectors (PBSA etc).

You will work with high-profile clients on leading projects across the sector, while playing a key role in strengthening the company’s market position.

The successful candidate will contribute directly to the continued expansion of the business and will be rewarded in line with individual performance and company growth.
