The North is booming. Commercial developments are reshaping skylines, and my client is leading the charge. They are seeking a dynamic Senior Cost Consultant to take ownership of their expanding Northern operations and make their mark on the region’s transformation.

You will have end-to-end responsibility for cost consultancy across diverse, high-profile projects including commercial developments, fit-outs, refurbishments – variety that keeps you sharp with trusted advisor status with blue-chip clients who rely on your expertise.

You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and MRICS or actively working towards chartership with 5+ years proven experience in cost consultancy or quantity surveying.
