Director – Project Management (Industrial)

A leading international, independent real estate consultancy is seeking a Director of Project Management to spearhead new-build industrial projects within their growing London team.

With strong connections in the logistics and industrial sectors, they work with many well-known names, delivering projects that range from asset refreshes and lease-end improvements to EPC upgrades and refurbishments of up to £5m.

They are now looking for an industry leader to establish and drive their new-build capability in the industrial sector—a highly credible, marketable, and influential figurehead who can shape and grow this area of the business.

Extensive experience managing large-scale industrial projects. Proven ability to lead, develop, and expand a business unit. Strong sector knowledge and industry presence.
