Leading global built asset consultancy are seeking an experienced Project Manager & strategic leader to serve as the Commercial Property Lead in their London Project & Programme Management team.

Reporting into the Head of Project Management you will develop and implement strategies to expand their presence in the Commercial Property Sector while overseeing the successful delivery of projects across  specified subsectors such as commercial, hotels, offices, interiors, retrofit, and mixed-use properties.

The successful candidate will drive business growth, foster client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects. This role requires a leader who is prepared to win and lead commissions and client relationships in parallel with building for the longer term.

You will be a respected leader in the commercial property sector, demonstrating strategic vision, technical expertise, and commercial acumen with extensive experience in leading projects within the specified subsectors and proven success in business development and client relationship management.
