Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager

Germany (Berlin ideal but flexible as travel involved)

A Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager is required by a leading UK based Construction Consultancy to support the roll out of Food & Beveridge outlets across Germany.

Ideally you will have hospitality and fit-out experience and an understanding of statutory authorities, processes, and time frames for approvals etc.

Some proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g. Bluebeam, CostX, or similar) and familiar with industry standards and practices and with pre-contract high level cost planning through BQ production together with post-contract commercial activities.
