This leading Independent Real Estate Consultancy is expanding its Project Management team in the Midlands and as such are seeking a Director to drive their Project Management offering out of Birmingham.

You will develop and lead a dedicated Project Management team, mentoring junior PMs and expanding their service offering, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships to drive business development and secure new opportunities.

You will have the full support of this well established business to make your own decisions and build your team as you wish. There are no layers to wade through to get approval. They are agile and supportive of innovation and enthusiasm and ideas and will ensure you have all you need to build the Project Management Service as you see fit.
