Senior Planning Manager – Data Centres

The dedicated Project Controls & Scheduling Team of this international Property & Construction consultant are responsible for overseeing projects through from the initial planning stages to completion & operation.

Their Planning Managers work closely with their clients, advising them on Project constraints, timelines and logic related to legal, procurement, design, construction, commissioning and risks/mitigations matters that arise during the project, as well as detailed trend analysis during project execution.

They are currently recruiting a Senior Project Planner with consultancy Data Centre experience to join a client focused team within London to help develop and drive their Data Centre capability, working on high profile projects throughout the region. This team has an enviable client base working with US hyperscale information technology clients through to UK-based developers across the UK and EMEA.

You will have a Construction related degree or a similar and experience in delivering mission critical projects as either a consultant, lead contractor or client-side Project Planner.
