Quantity Surveyor – Cardiff

Leading UK based consultancy are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their skills and long term career growth within a vibrant and supportive team, with a strong pipeline of work.

In this role, you will undertake pre-contract cost plans / pricing schedules, advise on procurement, manage tender processes, compile contract documentation, administer contracts, undertake on-site valuations, produce monthly cost reports, forecast / monitor cashflows and liaise with key stakeholders on a multitude of projects, across a range of sectors.

They are looking for a confident and capable professional who can thrive in an ambitious and supportive environment.

You will be MRICS or working towards MRICS chartership with a minimum 4-5 years post-university experience and a strong understanding of construction cost and project management principles.

You will be eager to contribute to a growing team and play a key role in their expansion plans and in turn your long-term career development.
