Leading property & construction consultancy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to lead their expanding team in Manchester.

They are seeking a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include commercial, public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, and insurance work. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.
