Backed by a strong pipeline of work and support from their Building Surveying teams across the UK you will be at the forefront of establishing a brand-new Building Surveying discipline in the region offering an opportunity to leave your mark and help shape the future of their business.

Projects span education and healthcare, public buildings and estates, residential and housing, commercial, and insurance sectors – giving you variety and challenge every day. Beyond technical delivery, you’ll play a key role in client development, financial forecasting, team leadership, and growth.

You will have a proven track record in work-winning and the ambition to drive this discipline forward. If you thrive on responsibility, leadership, and making things happen, this is the role for you.

Consultancy experience, preferably with public sector project experience would be beneficial.
