This website (“Site”) privacy statement (“Statement”) describes how Rue Two Recruitment Ltd (“We”, “we”, or “RT”) may use and disclose personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we may collect about you through the Site.

Collection, Use and Processing of Personal Information

When you use or register with the Site, we may ask for certain Personal Information. The categories of Personal Information we may request include your name and contact information (email, address and phone number). Depending on the nature of your enquiry or activities on the Site, we may also ask for your job search criteria and preferences, your employment experience, salary, educational history, your skills, references information, background information, expectations and other information contained in your résumé, and any login ID and password created by you. For candidates who have previously been registered with or worked for Rue Two Recruitment Ltd., such persons may enter, at their discretion, their employee ID to facilitate the registration process. After your successful registration with the Site, you will be able to access, review and change your Personal Information provided by you through the “Review Profile” feature of the Site. Should any of your Personal Information change, you should inform Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. without delay.
We use Personal Information and other data collected through the Site to register you with the Site, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or services. Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. will process your Personal Information for temporary, project or permanent recruitment requirements and for the purpose of producing statistics and complying with regulations.
Information about your health and/or court/criminal record is only processed if it is relevant to any registration you may make and this information will only be processed in accordance with the restrictions imposed by law. If you provide Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. with information about third parties, Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. will assume that the third party in question has given you permission to do so and to Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. to collect, to process and to transfer their Personal Information to the same extent as yours.
By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorize us to use your Personal Information to send you automated email messages or marketing materials regarding our services, including employment information. You may opt out of receiving such marketing email messages by sending a message to info@ruetwo.com.

As Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. is part of an international group of companies operating globally we may communicate your Personal Information to other group companies, including its parent company Robert Half International Inc. in the United States and other Robert Half International group companies within or outside the EU, as for example Asia, who may use or process your Personal Information for the purposes described above. The data protection laws outside the EU may not provide an equivalent level of protection to those in the United Kingdom, but Rue Two Recruitment Ltd. will abide by this Statement, as well as any applicable laws, when data is transferred.
